Crockpot Chicken and Rice

Chicken and Rice use to be one of my FAVORITE dishes growing up. I can remember many a birthday requesting this dish from my Mom. Soooo I thought I'd give the crockpot lady's chicken and rice recipe a try. Love the idea of NOT using a "cream of" soup to make this dish.
