Vegetable Pizza

This recipe has been a part of Mealtime Monday before BUT this time I left off the chicken. The nutrition information was adjusted to reflect this change.

Vegetable Pizza

Thin Ready Made Pizza Crust
1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
1 Bag Fresh Spinach
1 Tomato sliced thinly
JalapeƱo Peppers (as desired)
6 oz Feta Cheese
Other vegetables as desired

Directions: Preheat oven to 375◦. Spread Pesto on Crust. Add spinach, followed by remainder of vegetables. Sprinkle with Feta Cheese. Bake until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted.

Serving Size: 1/4 of pizza
