So last week I introduced a recipe from the blog crockpot365. And guess what crockpot lady left me a comment!! You know how much I loooove comments and so imagine my excitement when a real celebrity left me a comment (she has been on Good Morning America- so that's famous in my book). Anyways... this week I bring you another recipe sponsored by crockpot lady. I am pretty pumped about this recipe because I love the taste of rotisserie chicken but don't want to go out and purchase a rotisserie. Plus I was able to snag a whole chicken for around 3 bucks last week at Kroger so talk about a cheap meal.

Rotisserie-Style Chicken
Nutrition Information:
Serving Size: 4 oz serving of chicken (without skin)
Meal Plan: ~150 to 230 Calories (depends on white vs dark meat chicken); 4 lean meats if white meat only, or 4 meats, 1.5 fat if dark meat only
I am going to serve this with baked potatoes and green beans.
