Spinach Tortellini Soup

This is one of my favorite soups. Don't you just love soup in the winter. This soup packs in the folic acid!

Spinach Tortellini Soup
49 oz Chicken Broth
9 oz package of Buitoni 100% whole wheat 3 cheese tortellini
2 cans diced stewed tomatoes
10 oz package of Frozen Spinach
1/2 tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Bring all but the Parmesan Cheese to a boil. Serve topped with a little Parmesan Cheese
