Orange Rosemary Chicken

Last year was the first time I ever attempted to cook with fresh herbs and Wow what a difference in flavor! This recipe calls for fresh rosemary, but feel free to use your dried spice if your not quite ready to try the fresh. I am substituting boneless skinless chicken breasts for the whole chicken and will probably grill rather then broil our chicken, weather permitting.

Meal Plan: Calories: 200, 4 lean meats, 1/2 fat


I know my original meal plan says I will serve this with noodles and my sweet green beans, but I think I will substitute rice for the noodles.
