Remember I have suffered with the active form of DRS for what will be 9 years in June. This plan was developed over the course of those years, not overnight. Although I have yet to be able to get all the plans going together at once, I have at least had practice at each of them individually; therefore, my risk for going into DRS shock is much less then those who have just recently been exposed to the disease.
My recommendation to those that are new to DRS is to start slow, take baby steps. Pick one element you want to work on and start there. Or, even better, create your own plan that you think will work for you and your family and then share it here and I will hold you accountable to it!
