Sorry to try another recipe out on you, but I thought this looked like a fun way to serve fish. Once again, I am going to substitute tilapia for the fish. I will also be using imitation crab meat vs the real deal. When clicking on this recipe make sure to enter your desired number of servings, otherwise I think the original recipe, as it appears on the site, serves 12!

I am serving this with noodles and some Green Giant Vegetable Steamers. (I know the original meal plan said I would serve with a side salad- but hey- I just got a great deal on the steamers.)
