This is one of my all time favorite ways to prepare fish! The foil packets work great in the oven or on the grill. And talk about easy clean-up! I substituted talipia for the trout and I prefer lime over lemon- purely personal preference.
Go ahead and throw your asparagus in a separate foil packet, add a dab of olive oil and your favorite spices and toss in the oven or grill alongside the fish. Yummy!
