Vegetable Soup

I am excited to try this vegetable soup. It was super easy to make. I ended up using canned green beans and corn. I chose not to add any additional salt or water because of the sodium and liquid the canned vegetables contributed. I also chose to spice it up a bit by using Spicy V8 instead of just plain tomato juice.

I am going to serve this with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I thought these looked extra yummy.
