I don't have the final verdict from the other family I cook for, but we at the Thompson Family gave it 1.5 thumbs up and a nice round of applause- not a standing ovation but a respectable clap. I will definitely be serving this again, I just won't be in a huge hurry to put it back on the menu. It has a very light taste and I'm more of a hot and spicy kind of girl so I think that is the only reason it didn't get the full second thumb. I also think it would be great with mushrooms.
