Fish Tacos with Black Bean and Corn Salsa

This week I brought back the fish tacos from January's Menu minus the jicama. It's not that I didn't like the jicamia, I just thought I might like black beans more and for a lot less $$. Once again, you can find the link to the recipe at allrecipes.com

Fish Tacos with Black Bean and Corn Salsa

The only change I made to the recipe was I substituted black beans for the jicamia, Mission Carb Balance Tortillas for the corn tortillas and omitted the cilantro (I just don't like cilantro).

I am going to serve this with a side salad. Yummy!
