Black Bean Burgers- Verdict
I wanted to update you on the black bean burgers. The taste was great! The consistency- not so great! I was hoping to fool my 4 year old with this fiber rich bean burger but after one bite into the mush he had it figured out. We grilled the burgers at our house and the other family pan fried their burgers and we both reported consistency problems. The burgers just didn't hold together or firm up like I had anticipated. Although tasty, I think I'll stick to MorningStar Spicy Black Bean Burgers in the future!

I've had the same problem every time I've tried to make blackbean burgers myself. I was hoping that you would have success! I wish I knew how people got past that consistency problem!
