Pumpkin Pancakes

If you have ever made Bisquick pancakes then you'll know how to make this recipe. I hit a sale on canned pumpkin around Thanksgiving last year and decided to try adding it to the mix- it turned out real yummy. This is a quick, inexpensive meal!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Reduced Fat Bisquick
Egg
Milk (according to Bisquick box)
15 oz can Pumpkin

Mix pancakes according to Bisquick package. Add pumpkin. Make pancakes according to package. That's it folks.

Nutrition Information
Coming at the end of the week, sorry again!

As a special treat try topping with 25 Calories worth of Rediwhip and Sugar Free maple Syrup! We will also be having this with turkey bacon but sliced ham would be an even better choice.
