At the last minute I decided not to roll up my fish roll-ups. The tilapia kept falling apart when I tried to wrap it around the stuffing, so being the laid back person I am (cough, cough) I decided just to top the fish with the stuffing and call it done. Looks yummy, but I'll be sure to give you the final verdict tonight after the fam gives it a try.
