Chicken Vegetable Pizza

This is one of our family's favorite pizzas. It is a great way to pack in some vegetables. Most of the time I skip the meat, but to satisfy the carnivores in the family I went ahead and planned to serve it this time with chicken.

Chicken Vegetable Pizza

Thin Ready Made Pizza Crust
1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
1 Bag Fresh Spinach
1 Tomato sliced thinly
JalapeƱo Peppers (as desired)
6 oz Feta Cheese
Other vegetables as desired
4 oz Grilled Chicken

Directions: Preheat oven to 375◦. Spread Pesto on Crust. Add spinach, followed by remainder of vegetables and chicken. Sprinkle with Feta Cheese. Bake until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted.

Wow- I just noticed this was the 3rd recipe this week that called for hot peppers. Sorry about that- I guess after a month of cooking with me you have figured out that we like our foods hot and spicy!!!
