Tacos

Colby loves him some Mexican Food. He will be soooo excited to see that tacos made the menu this week. Nothing special about the tacos. I just follow the directions on the back of the taco seasoning packet.

Tacos

Ground Sirloin
Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
Taco Shells
Tomato (diced)
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded 2% cheese
Salsa

Brown Ground Sirloin and then rinse and drain. Add seasoning to beef. Bake Taco Shells according to package. Place meat inside taco shell and garnish as desired.

Just know that every 2 taco shells will be about 125 Calories, 1 starch and 1 fat
Every ounce of Ground Sirloin is about 45 Calories and 1 meat

I am going to serve these with a can of fat free refried beans
