Cranberry Spinach Salad

This is a good salad anytime, but I especially love it with the Pecan Encrusted Salmon!

Click here for recipe. I am going to use Splenda instead of the sugar, olive oil and reduced fat sour cream.

Nutrition Information
Serving Size: 1/6th of recipe (this assumes 100% of the dressing is used over 6 portions- you probably will use less)
Meal Plan: 235 Calories, 1 veg, 1/2 fruit, 4 Fats (again I bet you will actually consume a lot less!)
