Fish Non-Roll-Ups- We liked it!

I almost forgot to tell you- We liked the fish tonight. The only questionable part to the dish was the imitation crab meat. I did not like not knowing what the impostor meat truly was. But if phony meat doesn't bother you or you can afford the real stuff- I think you'll really like the dish.
