January Master Grocery List

This master grocery list should cover all the ingredients for the January menu. Please note if I had to buy all of these ingredients there would be no way I could stick to my goal budget but I already have many of these ingredients stockpiled in my pantry or refrigerator (over the next few months your stockpile will grow too!) Once again, if I could figure out how to insert a table this grocery list would be easier to read and use, maybe I'll figure it out by February. One day maybe I'll even get so fancy on this blog I'll even be able to provide you with a checklist for your grocery list! Try not to lose sleep waiting for it.

  1. I'd be interested in knowing exactly what you buy on the starches. (ie some brands have more fiber, less calories etc.)
